BOC Apology

Right bad Monkey,

I do have a personal account with BOC it is not through the voluntary im with or specifically for use with them but for my own use as and when I come across accidents injuries etc.

I may have misunderstood what I was told by my local distributor therefore I would like too apologise unreservedly to BOC for my possible misunderstanding of the situation. The information my post was based on was not given to me by the voluntary organisation I am with but rather through my own contact with a BOC distributor. I have the greatest respect for the professionalism and customer service that BOC have provided me with and I hope that this is the end of the matter. I fully understand that hospitals must take priority when it comes too Medical oxygen and I am in no way critical of this. I have removed the post in question and from now on I will keep comments of this nature off the internet too this end the entire blog has been deleted and I will not start a new one.
